Emission Reduction Credits - Nevada

Air pollution sources in the Las Vegas area are subject to the rules and regulations of the Clark County Department of Air Quality and Environmental Management (Clark County). Clark County is classified as nonattainment for carbon monoxide and ozone. Clark County rules mandate that major new sources of NOx and CO secure emission offsets.
